Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ, "Company" or “Sequoia”) advises that Mr Michael Carter has resigned as Chairman and a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Michael Carter joined the Sequoia Board in March 2015. Throughout Michael’s time with Sequoia, the underlying business has significantly grown both organically and via value accretive acquisitions.
Mr Garry Crole, executive director, will assume the duties of Chairman in addition to his role as the Wealth Division Executive.
