Sequoia Financial Group Ltd (ASX:SEQ) (Sequoia or the Company) advises that Mr John Larsen has notified the Company of his resignation as a Non-Executive Director effective today.
The Company intends to conduct a recruitment process for the appointment of an additional Non- Executive Director.
Garry Crole commented, “I am saddened to accept John's resignation, and will miss his independence, industry knowledge, stewardship and intellect on the Board. It has been a pleasure working with John and the contribution he made to the Company has been very significant.”
