Further to the announcement on the 24th September 2013 confirming shareholders had approved the changing of the Company’s name to Rutila Resources Limited, the Company is pleased to announce this name change has been processed with Australian Securities Investments Commission effective 25th September 2013.
As a result of the name change, the Company’s new ASX Code will be RTA. The Company will trade on ASX with its new name and code as of Monday 30 September 2013.
