Rutila Resources Limited, Native Title Agreements Finalised

The Board of Rutila is pleased to announce the signing of a number of agreements (“Native Title Agreements”) with the Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation authorising the development of the Balla Balla Port and that part of the proposed rail line to the central Pilbara region that is on Ngarluma country.

These important agreements have achieved the critical outcome of alignment and partnership between the Ngarluma community and the stakeholders of the Balla Balla Infrastructure Project, known as BBI.

BBI is a JV between Rutila Resources Limited and Todd Corporation of New Zealand, whose purpose is to develop the BBI port and rail infrastructure and associated mining operations for the mining and haulage of iron ore from the central Pilbara region. The founding customer of the proposed infrastructure will be ASX listed Flinders Mines Limited (ASX: FMS) PIOP Mine.
