New Board Appointments
We would like to advise of the following changes to the Board of Directors of Rongtai International Group Holdings Ltd (ASX Code: RIG):
- Mr Jie Lin resigned from the position of Managing Director and retains the position of Director and Executive Chairman;
- Mr Zhenguang Huang was appointed Managing Director;
- Mr Simon Zhou Zhuang was appointed Director; and
- Ms Xueping Liu was appointed Non-Executive Director.
The above appointments were all made by the Board of Directors and became effective on 18 April 2011.
