As previously announced, the Company entered into collective US$6.5m loan agreements with Platinum Partners whereby 100 million Range shares were issued as collateral against the loans pursuant to the 6 month loan agreement dated 15 October 2013. As part of the Company's current development and refinancing initiatives, the loan (in consultation with Platinum Partners) is now scheduled to be repaid on or before 30 April 2014.
