Dear Shareholders, On behalf of the Board of QEM Limited (ASX: QEM), I am pleased to present the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019. With the 2018/2019 Financial Year drawn to a close, we look back on a year that has seen QEM further develop its flagship Julia Creek vanadium/oil shale project in North Western Queensland, to further increase the project’s potential to provide innovative energy solutions, to both the Australian and international markets, through the production of vanadium pentoxide, transports fuels and hydrogen.
