Resignation of Company Secretary
Australian technology company, Panorama Synergy Limited (ASX:PSY) announces that Mr Leonard Taylor has resigned as Company Secretary in order to pursue personal interests.
Mr Gurmit Singh, who was originally appointed as Company Secretary in 2001 and acted as joint secretary with Mr Taylor, will continue as secretary subsequent to Mr Taylor's resignation.
