The Company advises that it has today issued a total of 530,938,561 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (ASX code:NSL) as a result of the conversion of 329,432,414 listed $0.01 options, 110,833,833 unlisted $0.0096 options in accordance with notices received, and the conversion of the Resources First unsecured convertible note as announced on 30 December 2016 for 90,672,814.
