Minotaur Exploration Ltd, Copper-Gold Drill Programme Completed at Arthurville JV, NSW

Drilling and analyses of three IP anomalies at the Arthurville project on EL7588, 30km south-east of Dubbo NSW, was completed. Geochemical assays reveal no gold or base-metal anomalism was encountered.

The programme of five reverse-circulation drill holes for 1,187 metres, was designed to test for mineralisation and alteration associated with porphyry-style copper-gold deposits.

At target A118 a moderate intensity IP chargeability anomaly was targeted with two drill holes to 198m (AR14C003) and 191m (AR14RC004). Drilling intersected porphyritic basalt with minor disseminated pyrite, which is thought to account for the geophysical response. No alteration related to porphyry systems was observed.
