Minbos Resources Limited ACN 141 175 493 (ASX:MNB) (the Company) is seeking to raise up to approximately $1,102,067 (before costs) through a pro rata renounceable entitlements offer of three (3) fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Share) for every seven (7) Shares held by eligible shareholders on 21 January 2014 at an issue price of $0.01 per Share together with one (1) free attaching option for every one (1) Share subscribed for (Entitlement Offer).
