Entitlement Issue – Notification of Shortfall and Allocation of Shortfall
Liberty Resources Limited is pleased to advise that acceptances under the Company's non-renounceable Entitlement issue closed on 31st December 2010.
Acceptances for 14,802,253 shares were received, representing a take-up of approximately 43% of the total entitlement available under the Entitlement Issue. The underwritten shortfall of 19,838,514 (pending bank clearance of funds) will now be placed by the underwriters of the Entitlement Issue.
The Company expects that holding statements, following allotment of the Entitlement Issue Shares, will be dispatched to shareholders, on or before 7 January 2011.
