Change of Company Secretary
Kula Gold Limited (ASX:KGD) is pleased to announce it has appointed Leanne Ralph to the role of Company Secretary, effective Immediately.
Leanne is the principal of Boardworx, a company providing outsourced Company Secretarial services and currently holds the position of Company Secretary with a range of both publicly listed and private companies. Leanne is a qualified Chartered Secretary and CPA.
The Board and management would like to thank John Watkins, who remains in the role of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, for his contribution in the role of Company Secretary, especially over the busy period that Kula Gold was publicity listed on the Australia Securities Exchange.
