The Company advises that John Richards has retired today as a Director of KBL due to increasing other commitments. He has brought his retirement date forward to assist in the cost savings measures being implemented across the Company.
Mr Richards joined the Board in August 2008 and saw the Company through its ASX listing and the reopening of the Mineral Hill Mine providing, in particular, astute business analysis and corporate guidance.
The Directors and management have much appreciated his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
