Nyngan, NSW Scandium Joint Venture
Jervois Mining Limited (ASX code JRV) wishes to advise the market that the
attached announcement was released by EMC Metals Corp (EMC) to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) overnight, in its capacity as the first joint venture manager of the Nyngan, NSW Scandium Joint Venture Project. EMC is currently in the process of earning a 50% interest in that joint venture, by funding amongst other things, the environmental activities described in detail in the attached announcement released to the TSX. Please refer to that announcement for further details.
Jervois note: NI43-101 is similar to the Australian JORC code but, on several levels, is more exacting.
