Investa Office Fund (ASX code: IOF), previously known as ING Office Fund, is an ASX listed real estate investment trust with total assets under management of approximately AU$2.6 billion, with investments located in core CBD markets in Australia, and select offshore markets in USA and Europe. The current Australian assets under management (AUM) in IOF is approximately AU$1.6 billion, with the Fund receiving rental income from a tenant register comprised predominately of government and blue chip tenants. As at 31 December 2010 occupancy in the portfolio (by income) was 93%, with a weighted average lease expiry of 4.8 years.
