Hills Limited (ASX:HIL) is announcing that in line with the ongoing simplification of its corporate structure, the roles of Company Secretary and General Counsel will be combined. As a result David Fox will step into the new expanded role and the current Company Secretary, Gai Stephens, will leave Hills with effect from today.
Hills CEO David Lenz together with the Board, thanked Gai for her contribution and support to the Company over the past few years and wish her well in her future endeavours.
