Hills Limited (ASX: “HIL”) has announced the appointment of Mr Alan Kinkade AM to the Board effective today, as a non-executive Director.
Mr Kinkade has over 30 years senior executive experience in the public and private health sector. In 2017 he retired from his role as Group CEO of Epworth HealthCare after a decade of service and success. Mr Kinkade was instrumental in transforming the financial and operational performance of Epworth and improving the culture of the Group.
