Hills-Bitek union creates nation’s leading provider of antennas and accessories
Hills Limited (ASX: HIL) is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of its Antenna business to the Australian-owned and operated Bitek Pty Ltd, ensuring the ongoing manufacture of antennas in Australia and creating a stronger business to better serve existing and new customers.
Under the agreement, which follows Hills’ market update in August and is subject to standard completion conditions, the family-run Bitek will take over the manufacture and sale of the Hills range of antennas, including the iconic Black Arrow, to become a leading supplier of products to the free-to-air, broadband, cable and pay television industries.
