The Directors of Entek Energy Limited
(ASX:ETE) are pleased to announce a new Board appointment.
Mr Graham Riley has accepted an invitation to join the Entek Board as Non-Executive Chairman. He is a qualified legal practitioner with significant experience in the resources sector, particularly in oil and gas exploration and production .
Mr Riley will assume Chairmanship from Mr. Craig McGown, who has been requested to remain a Non-Executive Director to assist with the process of finalizing Board appointments, following which he intends to resign.
Mr Riley brings experience in the oil and gas sector. He was a foundation Director of ARC Energy Limited and a former Non-Executive Director of Adelphi Energy Limited. He is a Non-Executive Director of Target Energy Limited and Chairman of Buru Energy Limited.
Mr Riley is also Chairman of Giralia Resources N.L. (currently the target of a takeover bid by Atlas Iron Limited which capitalizes it in excess of $850m) a diversified mining and exploration company, and has overseen the spin out of numerous independently listed commodity-specific explorers from the extensive project book built up by the company (and in this context continues as Chairman of Gascoyne Resources Limited).
Mr Riley brings a wealth of experience to the Entek Board and has a proven record of board
leadership to generate value for shareholders.
