Pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules, Drillsearch Energy Limited ABN 73 006 474 844 (Drillsearch) advises that the shortfall under the non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer (the Entitlement Offer) announced to ASX on 16 May 2011 is 21,851,217 shares.
The Entitlement Offer was fully underwritten by Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Limited (ABN 65 057 547 323) (the Underwriter) and the shortfall is being taken up pursuant to the underwriting agreement between Drillsearch and the Underwriter
