DomaCom is pleased to announce that it has secured $1.315 Million in funding through the placement of 13,150,000 shares at 10 cents a share to sophisticated and institutional investors. The placement was filled by existing and new investors and includes an Institutional Equity Fund Manager who is taking a position in DomaCom for the first time.
