Monday 26th February 2018 – Global mobile entertainment and digital media company Crowd Mobile Limited (ASX: CM8 & FWB: CM3) (“Crowd Mobile” or “the Company”) reports that it has made a €3.0m (circa A$4.7m) redemption payment under the Senior Convertible Note Deed facility in place with JGB (Cayman) Newton Ltd. The redemption payment was funded from the Company’s existing cash reserves.
