Coppermoly Limited (ASX:COY, “the Company”) has signed an agreement with Odyssey Capital Partners (“Odyssey”) to act as its advisor with a view to restoring its 100% ownership of the West New Britain Project tenements (EL1077 Simuku, EL1043 Nakru and EL1445 Talelumas) in Papua New Guinea.
The Company in conjunction with Odyssey is currently reviewing expressions of interest from parties that have expressed a wish to participate.
Odyssey will manage the negotiations and any resultant transactions, with the process already having commenced.
The Company is very pleased to have engaged the services of Odyssey and anticipates a successful and timely outcome.
