Castlemaine Goldfields Limited (the "Company") will be removed from the official list at the close of trading today, Thursday 27 September 2012 in accordance with listing rule 17.14, following the issue of compulsory acquisition notices by LionGold Corp Ltd under its takeover offer for all of the Company's shares.
