Cabral Resources Limited (ASX Code: CBS) ("Cabral") is pleased to provide the following update on recent significant events.
As advised on 20 May 2011, the public attorney of Brazil's National Department for Mineral Production ("DNPM") has issued his opinion in favour of vendor MSA Mineracao Ltda ("MSA") on the decision for the suspension over the transfer of three (3) tenements. These tenements are in the process of being transferred to Cabral following a short period where a third party alleged an interest over these tenements.
