Share Purchase Plan
Buccaneer Energy Limited (“Buccaneer” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the results of the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) that closed on the 13 April 2011.
A total of 788 shareholders participated in the SPP subscribing for total applications of $7,300,081. The shares will be allocated no later than Wednesday 20 April 2011.
The Company will work with its advisors Helmsec Global Capital Limited to place the shortfall of the SPP.
