The Board and Management of Bass Metals Ltd (“Bass” or “the Company) (ASX:BSM) is delighted to announce it has today received $921,000 from Liongold Corp Limited (“Liongold”) as part payment of its final settlement with Liongold.
The $921,000 cash receipt is part of the $1,000,000 full and final settlement value that was announced to the market in September 2016 and the balance of $79,000 is due to be received by Bass later today.
The final settlement receipt means Bass has received in excess of $2,400,000 from Liongold as part of its settlement and the Company is pleased to conclude this matter and also add a substantial sum of funds to its existing cash reserves.
