Final Offer Price
The Directors are pleased to provide shareholders with an update on the final offer price for the recent capital raising.
The final price has been calculated at 80% of the Volume Weighted Average over the 5 days trading days prior to issue date and has been determined to be 22.6 cents per share post consolidation of BPH Corporate’s Securities.
BPH will provide further information on the raising once all deposits and applications have been processed.
