Aurora Oil & Gas Limited is an Australian Stock Exchange listed company (ASX: AUT) focussed on oil and gas exploration and production in North America that commenced its operations in early 2005. The plan for the development of the Company’s oil and gas interests is focussed on the US where large markets and existing infrastructure provides the opportunity for attractive economic returns. Since commencing operations Aurora has established a valuable asset base of US oil and gas interests that includes exploration, development and production. The background to and status of these assets is outlined herein. 2010 is expected to represent a significant year of value creation for Aurora from activities that will include drilling, testing, production and land acquisition across our portfolio.
