In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Audinate Group Limited (‘Audinate’ or the ‘Company’) advises that 4,688,805 fully paid ordinary shares (including 254,790 shares issued on exercise of unlisted options) and 712,800 unlisted options, subject to voluntary escrow arrangements at the time that Audinate was admitted to the official list of ASX, will be released from voluntary escrow on 27 February 2018.
