Aquila Resources Limited (Aquila) is an Australia-based company engaged in exploration for coal, iron ore and manganese resources, and mining of coal resources.

The Company operates in three business segments: coal, iron ore and manganese. Coal segment include mining, development, feasibility and exploration activities at Aquila’s coal projects in Queensland, including the Isaac Plains Coal Mine, Eagle Downs Hard Coking Coal Project, Belvedere Hard Coking Coal Project, Washpool Hard Coking Coal Project and Talwood Coal Project, Botswana (the Asenjo Energy Coal Project) and Indonesia.

Iron ore segment include feasibility and exploration activities at Aquila’s iron ore projects in Australia (the West Pilbara Iron Ore Project) and South Africa (the Meletse Iron Ore Project and the Northern Cape Iron Ore Project). Manganese segment include feasibility and exploration activities at Aquila’s manganese project in South Africa (the Avontuur Manganese Project).
