(ASX:AQU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lusona Capital (Lusona) as the mandated lead arranger to establish a A$10 million - A$15 million mezzanine financing facility. This will assist the strategically planned acquisition and development of properties located in Malaysia and India.
Lusona will broaden our reach and complement our investment management approach, with a number of sophisticated institutional and high net worth investors.
