Global property investor and developer Aquaint Capital Holdings Ltd
(ASX:AQU) has taken advantage of the surging property market in London as it looks for investment opportunities in Australia.
The Company recently completed the sale process of the residential block in the upmarket suburb of Kensington, with the 12-unit apartment block sold for £2.55 million ($A4.62 million).
