Acquisition of Net Profits Share, Allotment of Shares, Appendix 3B
The Directors of A-Cap Resources Limited (‘A-Cap’ or the ‘Company’) advise that the Company has completed an agreement with Mineral Holdings (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd to acquire an outstanding 5% Net Profits Share over all A-Cap’s Botswana Prospecting Licences and in particular the Letlhakane Uranium Project located 60Km south of Francistown in Botswana.
Under the agreement and pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1, A-Cap has allotted 714,286 ordinary fully paid shares to Mineral Holdings (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd as full and final settlement for the acquisition of the 5% Net Profit Share.
