Share Purchase Plan Closed
The directors of A-Cap Resources Limited wish to advise that the Company's Share Purchase Plan ("SPP") closed on Wednesday 22 December 2010 at 5.00 pm (WST). The SPP was extremely well supported by shareholders with applications received for 20,734,154 ordinary shares totalling $8,708,345.
Under the terms of the SPP the maximum amount to be raised was set at $6 million by the Company's directors, accordingly all applications received will scaled back proportionately.
Related Issuer Sponsored Holding Statements, CHESS advices together with refund cheques will be mailed to shareholders following the allotment of the new shares on Wednesday 5 January 2011.
