Australian American Mining Corporation NL ("AusAmerican") is an international exploration and development company, developing a number of uranium projects in the United States of America ("US"). The company has four projects in the US, three uranium and one gold and is currently in the process of acquiring an additional uranium project also located in southern US. At two of these projects it is advancing its progression towards becoming a production company.

AusAmerican is an Australian-American company with an ASX listing and a small corporate presence in Australia with all of its assets located in the US, its main office in the US, its management located in the US and a OTC listing in the US through its ADR facility.
