360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX code:TIX) (‘Fund’) refers to its announcement on 19 December 2014 in relation to its intention to make a formal, conditional, off market, all scrip takeover offer (‘TIX Offer’) for all the units in the Australian Industrial REIT (ASX code: ANI).
Bidder’s Statement lodgement and TIX Offer timetable
TIX today lodged its Bidder’s Statement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, a copy of which is attached to this announcement. It is anticipated that the TIX Offer will open on 17 February 2015 and close on 24 March 2015 (unless extended).
